Appointments and Cancellations
- A consultation is required before treatments.
- For permanent makeup (PMU): 6-8 week touch up appointment is complimentary, failing to make this appointment without enough notice when rescheduling will result in an additional £50 charge to book another appointment time.
- Patch tests are required for some treatments.
- You cannot have many of our treatments if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or had any chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 6 months.
- A consultation is required before all treatments.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, cards, bank transfer.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
- Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferrable with more than 48 hours notice.
Liability
- We are not liable for any adverse outcomes that occur from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.
- You assume responsibility for your choices and agree to follow all safety guidance provided.
