Our Aim is to provide safe effective and person centred care to patients using our services.
Objectives
To meet our aims we will listen to what your needs are in face to face consultations and offer our best advice based on available evidence. We will ask for opinions from patients using a variety of sources such as verbal, email, and surveys and use this feedback to improve our services and patient satisfaction as a results if these opinions where possible.
We will ensure that staff in the service are trained to provide the treatments they provide. To do tis we will appraise our staff yearly and additionally if new treatments are introduced to clinic. We will ensure the appropriate educational/practical qualification needs have been met
To maintain safe levels of care we will comply with any legislation regarding risk assessment and action any identified issues regarding risk.
We will be transparent and publish/ make available our duty of candour the public
